A jaded team back on Terafirma.
|
The Rip Curl New Zealand Junior Surfing Team arrvied back in the country early this morning (Thursday). We went out to AK ariport to meet up with them on their return.
Decked out in their team kit with medals hanging around their necks they did well to hide what was a very long trip home. Before long they were heading in everyone direction making a dash home with their families. Before they did we managed to gather them for a quick photo then nab Matt Hewitt for a spur of the moment interview amongst the mayhem so check out the audio file.
