Christchurch surfer Antony Low will be winging his way across the Pacific Ocean to Panama next week and will compete in the ISA World Masters as the lone Kiwi. We thought we would catch up with him before his departure to find out a little more about his trip abroad and his ambitions at the event. So have a quick look at what he had to say. What got you into the idea of heading to the ISA World Masters?
Adventure
Do you compete much back in New Zealand?
Yes, South Island Circuit and North Wai Boardriders Club events.
Do you have any expectations at the event competition wise?
To get through one heat at a time.
Have you travelled to this part of the world before?
No and it won't be the last.
Do you have any plans to explore Panama beyond the event location?
Yes I am going up the coast and am also going on some trips on fishing boats.
