The Canterbury Scholastic Surfing Squad has been announced. From this squad, a team of 13 surfers will be selected to compete at the National Scholastics Surf Champs in Ahipara 10 -14th October 2011.

The selection process has differed this year due to the difficulty in running selection events after the February earthquakes.

The squad has been selected based mainly on results on the South Island Surfing Circuit and past performances at Scholastic events. If anyone feels they have been over looked or have been unable to attend South Island Surfing events the selectors will consider nominations.
