Entry forms are available for download and printing. This is the official place to get all entry forms for events sanctioned by Surfing New Zealand. Entry forms will be posted 3-4 weeks prior to the start of each event. Closing dates are generally the Monday before the event commences. Please ensure that your entry form and entry fee reaches the office before the close off date stated on each form.
IMPORTANT: All surfers must read the Event Entry Information prior to entering any events.

COMPETITIVE MEMBERSHIP FEES: Fees are due by the first event of the respective series. Membership is $40 for Adults and $20 for under 16s. Payment of membership fees ensures that surfers receive their correct seeding at events and any prize money they win. Payment can be made online by clicking here.
