Surfing New Zealand facilitated an ISA Level
Two Surf Instructors Course at Raglan over the weekend. It was the first Level Two course held in two
years. Nine surf instructors attended
the two day course which aims at up skilling instructors to coach intermediate
and advanced surfers in a number of areas to help their performance.
The surf left a bit to be desired with howling onshore winds and massy surf making the practical component of the course difficult but participants made the most of what was on offer.
