Jay Quinn and Billy Stairmand will resume their campaigns at the Billabong Azores Pro tonight when they take on their round of 96 opponents.
Jay and Billy surfed the same heat in the first round with Jay taking it out and Billy coming in at second. Unfortunately Ricahrd Christie was not so lucky in his heat being eliminated by David Weare and Kai Barger.
The event has been hampered by small waves in the 1-2ft range.
