We have gathered all of the club news from around New Zealand and put it into this edit. Heaps of things going on so have a look what has been happening in your region.
South Island Surfing Association
The final South Island Circuit ratings have been tallied. Northside Boardriders take out the club title. Congratulations:

Bodyboard Surfing New Zealand
Dunedin bodyboarder Ben Mackinnon mastered the tricky waves at Greymouth to win a trip to Hawaii next year. He won the Open and Senior titles in the Blaketown Challenge in June to become the overall New Zealand Bodyboard Tour champion with one event still to go. He also won the title two years ago. Kneeboard Surfing New Zealand
The original dates for the Opunake Classic clashed with the Hyuundai Naitonal Champs this year so the event has been moved to Labour Weekend, 23 - 25th October. Stay tuned as Mr Kneeboarding, Murray Weir, is planning a Pro-Am event meaning prize money on offer and the chance of a few Australians jumping the Tassie for a Trans-Tasman Challenge.
Christian Surfers New Zealand
The Christian Surfers New Zealand 25th anniversary National Conference takes place from the 29th of October 29 through until the 1st of November at Raglan. Keep an eye out on the CSNZ website for details.

Ocean Beach Boardriders Club is now five years old and now have a stong active membership. They managed to run six contests over the last season and held their awards night on the 19th of June. Trophy winners were:

Wildcoast Boardriders Club

Orewa Longboard Club
Orewa Longboarders most recent club event was held in pumping waves at Te Ari. The event was taken out by Thomas Kibblewhite over Anton in second followed by Andrew Hill in third and Che Phillips in fourth. Check the full results plus a fantastic newsletter on their website here
Bay Boardriders Club
Bay Boardriders are still waiting for the right time to take on the Billabong New Zealand team in the Club Challenge. Even though the swell has continued to pump well into the summer months, neither of the two has been able to come up with a date to suit both parties. We wait with baited breath for the results and the next club match up.
Gisborne Boardriders Club
Gisborne Boardriders held their most recent club event in 3-4ft pumping barrels at No Access, Wainui Beach. Congratulations to the all winners and also big up's to everyone who was there competing and helping out.

New Plymouth Surf Riders
New Plymouth Surfriders held their club championships in May after being postponed for several months. The Open was of particular interest with six-time winner Jarrod Hancox attempting to defend his 2009 title, 2008 Champ Jeremy Grainger wanting another win and New Zealand number 14 Keone Campbell hunting his first open title. Keone Campbell came out the victor in the final and got the chance to fill the cup for the first time.
Oakura Boardriders Club
The Oakura Boardriders Midwinter dinner was held in late June at the Ahu Ahu Lodge. This was the perfect setting for a night of dancing, frivolity and fun. There was indeed a warm ambience in the dining area which extended to the fire outside in the courtyard and David and Nuala and their family were the most gracious hosts and served a delicious gourmet hangi.
Wellington Boardriders Club
Wellington Boardriders have been making headlines with their proposed lights at Lyall Bay to allow night surfing. The proposal has made headlines throughout New Zealand and across the ditch in Aussie. Check out their website.
