KIWI SURF and the
NZ Surf Industry have worked together to fundraise a total of $4,677.00 to
donate to the New Zealand Red Cross Christchurch Earthquake Appeal.
These funds were raised by the amazing charitable donations from various surf
companies who donated goods to be auctioned off on Trademe by Kiwi Surf.
A massive thanks goes out to the following companies for their support of the
cause:
Quiksilver, West
Wetsuits, PhotoCPL, Electric Visual, FCS, Gorilla Grip, Rip Curl, RPM, Sitka,
Arnette, Oakley, Billabong, Copious, Vans and Insight.
A huge thank you to Rich at OSP for his generosity in freighting all the goods
free of charge.
A big thank you to Trademe for waiving ALL fees so every cent from every
auction went to charity and to George FM for letting us promote it freely.
And of special note was Kal Bekesi’s donation bid of $1,000 (below) for the Rip
Curl wetsuit auction! Thanks mate!
We at KSM thank you all again for all the epic support to help us in helping Christchurch in this time
of need.
