The Rip Curl GromSearch wrapped up last weekend with event two being staged at Piha Beach (5-6 Dec). Piha turned on a stunner for the event with the first rays of summer sun peering through the long white cloud for the first time in months. The surf was good with offhsore conditions in the morning and sea breezes in the arvos. The groms ripped it up and Damon Meade was on location to capture it all for everyone to view.
