Young ASP World Tour Surfer Sarah Mason
(17) has drawn Courtney Conolugue (USA), 19 and Coco Ho (HAW), 21 in Heat one
of Round One of the Roxy Pro in Biarritz France. The waiting period for the
event starts tomorrow and being the penultimate event of the year all
competitors will be looking for big results to cap off their seasons.
Sarah said of the upcoming challenge,
"At the moment I'm sitting 13th on the ratings and I'd like to be higher,
but I feel good about my surfing and where I'm at and hopefully I can improve
and do better in these last two comps."
The
Roxy Pro Biarritz boasts a total prize purse of $110,000, will run from
July 10th - 14th and will be
webcast LIVE.
