Notice is hereby given that the 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Surfing New Zealand Inc (SNZ) will be held at 9.30am on the 21^st of November 2009.  The AGM will be held at the Sunset Motel conference centre, Bankart Street, Raglan.  Everyone is welcome.

General

In respect to the new SNZ Constitution approved at the Special General Meeting on 29 August 2009 we note that this constitution has been registered with the registrar of Incorporated Societies. 

Board Nominations

Nominations for the board of Surfing New Zealand closed on the 10th November 2009.  See the SNZ Board Code of Conduct document below.

Nominations for the Surfing New Zealand board are as follows:

President - Steve Poulter
Vice President - Simon Gerrie
North Island Rep - Simon Gerrie, Michael Fitzharris
South Island Rep - Dave O'Rourke
Board Member - Michael Fitzharris, Lewis Joyce

Remits for the AGM closed on the 10^th November.  The AGM agenda is set out below.

Notification

SNZ shall publish the names of all nominated candidates whose nominations have been accepted along with the board positions sought by each candidate on the SNZ website as soon as reasonably possible following the closure of the time period of the nominations.
