 The new Surfing New Zealand Inc Constitution has now been registered (please find attached).
It is important that member clubs understand the following procedures for the upcoming SNZ AGM (21 November):
- The new constitution is now effective;
- The AGM will be run under the rules of the new Constitution; and
- If member clubs wish to submit remits or nominations for consideration at the AGM then these need to be sent to Surfing New Zealand no later than 10th November. Remits and nominations will not be taken from the floor at the AGM.
The video link set up for those club representatives that cannot attend the AGM is presently being arranged. We will notify everyone in due course so that member clubs have a reasonable amount of time to make appropriate arrangements to attend the AGM using this method of participation.
