You heard right! The Jesus Surf Comp is happening at Mt
Maunganui this Labour Weekend 20-22 October. It's been a few years but it's
time to bring it back and it's gonna be better than ever. God has provided for
us to use Main Beach at Mount Maunganui at the start of summer and there is
over $10,000 worth of cash and prizes been put up by our awesome sponsors,
Backdoor, RPM, CSA surfboards, Gorilla Grip, Fuel Sport, Matunas, Aloe Up, FCS,
KSM, NZ Surfing magazine, Whittakers and Curl.
Every competitor will get a bag of goodies (a Surfers Bible, chocolate,
vouchers, surf mags etc) just for entering, gets at least two rounds to
compete, and the chance to win awesome prizes, including $1,000 for the Open
winner. So spread the word and get you and your mates or your kids to the Mount
for Labour weekend. Under 15s, Under 19s, and Open mens and women's. Register

stalls, and an open air movie at night, and church service on the beach on
