Gisborne's female surfers have an excellent opportunity to get into surfing this summer with Wahine's on Waves which takes place on the 14th November and 12th December. All levels of ability are welcome with mini work groups taking place on learning to surf, getting out the back and tuning your turns. Surfers interested in the free workshops need to register their interest with Blitz Surf Shop, 34 Wainui Road, Gisborne. All surfers are to meet at Roberts Road, Wainui Beach on the day of the workshops.
